Is my pet THIS LOYAL?!
let me see

Meet Hachiko, the dog who died waiting for his owner.
Here’s the story: 🔽
Hachiko was a loyal dog who accompanied a man named Professor Hidesaburō Ueno, a teacher at the University of Tokyo.
Every morning, Hachiko would walk with Hidesaburō to the train station.
Then, he would wait in the same spot until Hidesaburō came home from work.
But one day, everything took a dark turn.
Hidesaburō tragically passed away due to a sudden stroke of the brain.
Unaware of his owner’s death, Hachiko continued to wait at the station for his return.
Local townspeople cared for Hachiko, feeding him and ensuring he was okay.
But Hachiko never stopped waiting... and waiting... and waiting.
Hidesaburō never came home.
Hachiko remained loyal, waiting at the station daily until he died in 1939.
The good news?
Hachiko’s story lives on in Japan as a symbol of hope, courage, and strength.
A bronze statue of Hachiko now stands at the Shibuya Station
reminding everyone of his unwavering loyalty.
pet_lover, I’m not going to lie—I almost cried writing that.🥲
And while I can’t say that your furry friend would have the same level of loyalty...
Consider getting them a Christmas gift this year. 🎁
They deserve it, don’t they?
